I purchased 4 new tires for one of my classic cars and the ones we agreed on weren't available so they upgraded me at no cost. Again, this is a great business here in brownsburg and will continue to be my go to for all things wheel and tire related

Great place. I just got off work it was after 5pm. I had a nail in my tire no one in back wanted to look at it but there was a person that worked up front. Went outside on the cold pavement and fixed my car. What a wonderful person. He saved me a lot of money. I called his boss and told him he deserves a bonus and I hope he got it! I will be going back there again.

Great customer service, competitive pricing. I have been using them for over 20 years. Will go back anytime I need something.

Pleasantly Surprised: As I was driving home from work, I somehow got a screw stuck in my tire. When I got home and saw the screw, I felt "deflated." My daughter just got braces and this definitely was not in my budget. A quick google search of highly rated tire stores directed me to Big O Tires. From past experiences with other stores, I still expected to have a bad day. When I arrived, I was kindly greeted. I explained there was a screw in my tire, answered a couple questions for some paperwork and handed over my keys. I expected anytime I would get the bad yet expected news. "We can't fix your tire but here are some nice really expensive tires for you to buy." Instead, about 15 minutes later they were done, and my tire was fixed. This was a pleasant surprise but what came next shocked me. I was thrilled my tire was fixed and asked, "how much do I owe you?" The man at the desk said, "Nothing." I was/am grateful. Big O Tires earned my full recommendation and with service like that, you would be foolish to go anywhere else.

I called ahead and then brought my vehicle in for new tires. Staff were responsive, communicated clearly, honest, didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. Service was quick and they called with updates. Great experience!
