Big O Tires

I really appreciate all they did for me. I needed studded tires the place that delivers for them didn't bring my tires due weather for my appointment. The guys went to get them for me in the Springs so I didn't have to make another appointment. Michael was truly amazing for all he did for me thank you. I also needed my hatchback fixed had to wait for parts only one side showed up not their fault he did everything he could to make all of this right. Thank you for all you did I'm very happy all is done and fixed. 😉

Went and dropped off my vehicle this morning at 830am for an oil change. Now they told me it would be done within 3 hrs. 4 hours in my wife calls and they say they are pulling it in now. So I drive by, and my vehicle is in the same spot we parked it. So we go home and give it another hour. I call they say again, we are pulling it in now. I said nope, your all done. You have had my vehicle all day with nothing but lip service. So needless to say I will never go back to this place for anything. Maybe you should hire some competent employees to do there job. If you are wanting good care for your vehicle go to Bad Rock Auto here in Woodland Park. They are very nice and take care of people. So if I was able to leave a review that could rate 0 stars it would be this 1.

2 days before Christmas my wife's tire would not accept air to inflate it. I called Big O in Woodland Park and spoke with Mike who said he could help me if I could get there before 4 PM when they closed. It was 3PM and we live in Cripple Creek it's about 45 minutes away but true to his word he solved the issue without hesitation! I used to manage a wheel and tire shop so I'm very familiar with with the workload they endure and I appreciate Big O for having people like Mike apart of thier staff!

I brought my 2019 Mazda to Big O Tires in Woodland Park for an oil change and tire rotation on September 2nd. About two weeks later on September 19th, I was a quart down on oil. I took the car to my regular mechanic for an already scheduled service and here is what he found: 1) the crush washer between the oil filter and oil pan was reused, 2) the oil filter had not been replaced with a new filter (the filter on the vehicle was the same filter my regular mechanic put on at his last service, 3) oil was seeping between the oil pan and the filter, and 4) the oil volume was short by almost half a quart on the Big O oil change (per the invoice). Finally, one of the lug nuts on the front wheel was missing. In short I paid for parts and service I did not receive. If you value your car, steer clear of the Big O Tires in Woodland Park, CO!

1st experience with Big O last year was great. This time it took 3 trips to town for 1 set of tires. 1st time they sold tires that we prepaid for to someone else. Had to come back another day once they ordered them again. Then they mounted the tire wrong and by the time we were back in Florissant the tire was extremely flat. Something with the valve. My husband had to jack his truck up and take the tire back using my car. It's fixed now, but wow bad experience. They did offer a free alignment. Will take my business elsewhere next time.
