Went to Big O for an oil change because they had a special for 59. When I returned to get my car I noticed the mechanics watching me closely, I felt very uncomfortable. But went inside to pay, was charged 79 but got my money back because even though the sign says sale, you have to mention it. Like ok. I leave and notice one of my hubcaps is missing, so now I'm bothered. I get it stuff happens, I called them they couldn't find it didn't know what happened to it. Basically I'll never be back. I get it things happen, we're human. But to not tell me and just stare at me bothers me.

Made a last minute appointment due to a screw in my tire. Showed up 15 minutes early and they were able to get me in and out really quickly. Took them 15 minutes and I was out of there. Super nice staff at the counter and the location was super clean and smelled great. Love the updated customer service section.

We were traveling and blew a tire on our car dolly. This place had the size we needed and took care of us quickly. We decided, because of the convenience and the hard to find tires we would just get both replaced. They were awesome. Have used Big O Tire out west and both locations have been great.

I got a flat tire at 1am and was in bind for options. The staff at Big O was super friendly and took care of my issue right away in the morning. Thank you again for the help and not just simply looking to make extra money on a customer!! Would certainly use again.
