Big O Tires

The owner was Wonderful explaining everything to me. The prices were great. It took no time at all to put my brakepads rotors and clean the lines for me. The guy's in the shop also showed me how bad the rotors and pads were. Great experience definitely recommend.

I buy a 3-year coverage $180 for alignment on my previous vehicle and unfortunately I wrecked that vehicle and I get one alignment done out of the 3yr on previous car but they can't transfer the rest of that policy or refund the difference to me towards my new car. RIP OFF MONEY GRABBERS.. PEOPLE READ THROUGH THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY TYPE OF SERVICE FROM THESE BOZOS

Big O tires don't answer the phone or return calls. Very disappointed in this company. Should avoid. I will not be returning. This past weekend after getting serviced recently (Tire rotation, balance and alignment) I lost a wheel and almost a second rear tire on I-65. Not the way I wanted to spend my 23rd wedding anniversary. 4 hours stuck on freeway, $500 dollars after, a tow, hotel and 16 hour wait. Guess I should be glad my wife and I are alive.

Damaged my wheels!!! BIG O LIARS!! (They claim I waited weeks in owners response until contacting them. This is completely false! I came up the next business day and talked to both managers ERIC & ANGEL they both informed me they would fix this mistake for me. They lied to my face and the owner lied on his reply!)DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! BIG O LIARS! Gave this incompetent company the simple task of putting new tires on my wheels. (Oct 25 2022) when I picked up my truck the front driver tire was very visibly flat. Had to drive to a bay to get all 4 tires inflated In rain to the proper psi. The tech that performed this task asked me what the proper psi was???? I had to get out of my truck while it was raining to read the tire wall to tell a “tech” what the proper psi is. Ridiculous. As I was pulling out I noticed my hood bouncing. I did not come in for anything mechanical there was no reason to pop my hood yet it had been tampered with. If I hadn’t noticed my flat tires they would’ve let me drive out on them with a hood that could fly up as well. I get home wait for the rain to go away and inspect my wheels. First thing I noticed was a broken hub cap with 1 screw in it. It requires 3. As I further inspect my wheels I notice uniform scratch marks across all my wheels. I come back to this establishment to discuss the damage that occurred at shop. I was reassured by managers ERIC AND ANGEL that they would take care of this mistake. I would have to leave them my truck for a day so “their wheel guy could repaint them” I had several appointments cancelled and rescheduled because apparently their wheel guy is mobile and can’t paint in the rain. ANGEL reassured me that I would be taken care of and that my wheels would be painted and my center cap would be replaced.ANGEL set up my most recent appointment (April 11, 2023). Dropped my truck off to get wheels painted. Had to call to check the status. I spoke with JOHN and was informed by him that there was no possible way the uniform scratches happened at the shop. I guess they just magically got scratched right at the same time BIG O TIRES mounted my new tires. For 6 months ERIC AND ANGEL have promised to resolve my issue.They have LIED. Thought when I dropped my truck off today(April 11)that everything would be resolved. Received no phone call to update me on the situation. When I called to check the status is when I was informed that they essentially have lied and led me on for 6 months and that my wheels will not be fixed. If you value your vehicle and customer service I highly advise you go to another tire shop. None of the owners claims in response are true. I had the truck there the next business day and ERIC& ANGEL took pictures of my wheels and submitted a damage report. They assured me they would fix their mistakes. This company has lied and lead me on for months.IF THE OWNER CARES ENOUGH I KNOW THEY COULD PULL UP THE REPORT! BIG O LIARS!!!

I brought my truck in for a tire repair and Big O Tires hooked me like an Alaskan bear hooks its claws in salmon. Big O Tires has only treated me right. Everyone I have met from the from desk through the shop has been Uber knowledgeable about vehicles and vehicle repair. I always leave feeling I underpaid and was over served.
