Big O Tires

Woke up ready to drive to lake Tahoe and to my surprise there was a FAT nail in my back tire. Last minute without an appointment we rushed to Big O Tires only to realize i lost my wheel lock for my Honda CRV. I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip but they quickly found one that unlocked my wheel and we're able to replace it. They are fast, honest, helpful, and kind. They have a little kids table in their waiting area too which is great.

This place ruined the edges of my rim that was brought in to check for a leak because I would have to put air every 2-3 days (losing up to 10psi). I’m guessing they patched the tire because they removed the tire off the rim but man, the person who worked on it tried to hide the scratches with a sharpie. I told the representative inside what had happened but I just told them what’s done is done but to tell the mechanic thanks for coloring it in with a sharpie. They couldn’t even tell me if it was a nail or screw or whatever that was causing the leak because no communication was written on work order. I’d ONLY bring my stock wheels to be worked here, maybe not, if I didn’t care about the out come. I knew I should have waited for the competitor across the street to open. The representative inside writing up the work order was the only good part of this whole experience. SO PEOPLE WITH RIMS STAY AWAY FROM HERE.

I've always gone to Big O Tires for my tire needs. This was my first time going to this location in Pinole, but it won't be my last. It's in an area where I shop often, plus close to home. The lady who assisted us at the register looked very busy, but she still acknowledged that I was there by speaking and helping assist me with the prices of what I needed to have done. She was very pleasant and helpful.

Bought set of 4 Michelon tires, had to take car back because they did not balance the tires then again cause tire light wouldn't go off just to realize a couple days later they stole my tire preassure checker. It was a shape of a tire guess they felt they could help themselves. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN MOST DISHONEST COMPANY. I'd rather pay more from another company then ever come back here. Fyi advertised about 800 for cost and paid 1200. Such con artist. Lesson learned.

Had a brake issue and of course they said all brakes and rotors must be replaced.. I got it all done and found they broke one of the rear caliper bolts. Not knowing I started hearing noise right after service and called for return visit. Guy on phone was stalling me out saying there booked and to wait or leave there for a couple days.. Should have been refunded my 2 g's.. Took it straight to the dealer instead to get full inspection and found caliper bolt broken off of pin insert. This is an automatic termination due to negligence. People's lives are in your hands and this is how you serve... Good old Carma
