Big O Tires

I went in wanting new wheels and tires that same day and spoke with the store manager Ramiro Trujillo. He showed me the different wheels and options they had, I told him my favorites and he told me he would call the warehouse! Luckily they had the ones I wanted, called me within an hour to come back and had them put on in a great time! The team did an amazing job and great work and Ramiro did great at making sure I got them done that day because I had an event I needed my truck for and wanted it to look all pretty and nice! Highly recommend these guys!

2.5 hours for a tire appointment— waiting and watching other guests come and go well after I checked in. Regardless, the staff was professional and they did a good job mounting my tires. Bummed they took my nice valve caps and replaced them with the chinsy grey plastic ones. Next time I’ll try and remember to leave the nice valve caps at home before swapping tires out.

The service was decent, but took way to long. We had an appointment and the service took 3+ hours and we were constantly bumped due to other customers and never really given a legitimate reason, just said that they felt the others needed the help first. This happening to my wife with our 2 kids. Maybe next time I should just let my two year old start crying to get some more expedient service. I am going to consider looking elsewhere for service next time.

Danny Fryer is awesome. We called about getting tires changed out on our truck. He sent someone in to SLC to get what we needed at their warehouse and an hour later they were working on it. 2.5 hour and they were done changing out 5 tires, checking out toe, camber, and alignment. Danny is a perfect example of what customer service is. Keep up the great work guys. Changed out my OEM wheels for these Moto Metal ones, and swapped the tires around so the white lettering was out. Tires and wheels look fantastic.
