Big O Tires

I'm a fan of Big-O tires, but this location went above and beyond. I scheduled my appointment online, and only 2 of the tires were delivered on time. Luckily, Hugo could see the inventory and we decided on a similar tire (that was in stock). These guys took very good care of me in a time of tire crisis, another of the many reasons I chose Big-O's!!!

My experience has always been good at Big O. However, Joel and the team at the Avon site are second to none. Traveling through the Vail Valley started having trouble with my brakes. They were able to fit me in on short notice. Diagnosis and repair faster and cheaper than quoted. Polite and helpful staff. Amazing!!!

They were really friendly, kept us updated on how long it would be & were very fast. I highly recommend them!

A Big O Thanks to Christian!!! He saved the day! I just got off work and heard air leaking from my tire and other tire places turned me away because it was closing time. My last hope was Big O and Christian fixed my tire for me and I was able to make it home thanks to his kindness and understanding as he squeezed me in at the end of his day! Thanks again!
