Big O Tires

Had a flat on my wife's car, took it in to get it fixed, very friendly, helpful and professional. Went to pick it up and there was no charge. Will definitely be our go to tire shop. Very impressed.

I was forced to sleep in my car in their parking lot overnight as my AAA tow got my car there after they closed. The next morning I called them at 7:00 sharp, their opening time, and they got to my car right away, analyzed the tires, including the one that had blown out. I decided to replace three tires on their advisement, and they did the work properly and efficiently and I was back on the road only an hour or so later. Excellent service at this location

The employees there are very respectful and will chat you up if you let them. I have only been there twice, both times were for a tire patch but each time the service there was really good. They are super friendly and even though it's a tire shop there knowledge on vehicles are pretty good.

Top notch. From calling to set up an appointment all the way to the drive home after the repair. Huge shout out to Shawn and the entire staff at the Yukon location. Friendly, professional, great communication. My car went in needing fixed, came out ready to go on a trip. Very pleased!!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and the service was great! I'm not too knowledgeable on cars and didn't know I needed a rotation until it was suggested by the staff and now my ride is smooth. Even though it was a bit busy they got my car in and out as fast as they could and did a great job at being friendly and efficient regardless of the busy atmosphere.
