Big O Tires

Kyle and team were absolutely wonderful! I had a slow leak in one tire that 2 other businesses couldn’t find. I told Kyle it was probably a long shot, but I needed to drive cross-country the next day and had to try! The team found the culprit - it was a sliver of metal about 1/2” long! This location has my business and my reference!

I required multiple visits to fix a problem with my car. Each time, there was rarely a wait, the front office was always attentive, helpful and even fun to chat with. Most important is I found the mechanics themselves honest and helpful - chatting with me about what could easily be done by myself and what might be a bit difficult to take on. I used to work at a tire shop and can tell you from experience this is not always the case. Thanks for hiring great staff Big O. Keep up the good work!

I have had great experiences at other tire shops locally, and bad experiences at other big o locations locally (north ogden). but this big o had the best prices for the tires I wanted. I was hesitant. Everyone was out of stock but Joey helped me hunt some down from 4 different states special order. Had them on in

I bought 4 tires at Big O on 32nd in Ogden Utah. I had a few minor other issues that needed resolution as well. They were able to resolve them and when I came back with another issue with the new tires, they completely went out of their way to make sure that I drove away a completely satisfied customer.

Wow 1 star is too much for these guys. Kyle was super quick to sell me new tires and an alignment. But failed miserably to inform me of a bad wheel bearing. Not to mention the bad camber bolts that suddenly went bad in less than 3k miles since I’ve put the new tires on (that’s what Kyle told me). Kyle not only didn’t want to stand by his work (lack thereof) but wanted to put the blame on me for not bringing it back within 15 days (I live 400 miles away and doubt Kyle would stop buying monster energy drinks to pay for my fuel to bring it back). It took the guys in big o elko nv to do it right. “Maybe avoid that Ogden location” “that Kyle guy sounded kinda dopey when I called him about your alignment” actual quotes from the guys at the elko location. I wouldn’t let these guys even touch my car again.
