Big O Tires

We’ve used Big O Lawrence for all of our auto needs that they’re able to service. They are prompt, helpful, explain options objectively, and I feel like they give me real answers rather than trying to upsell. All of the routine maintenance and one-off repairs we’ve needed have been done well (not needed correction and taken care of the issue) and we’ll continue using them for our vehicles going forward.

Rotated tires changed oil and fixed the brakes. I haven’t been to turnpike speed yet but will soon. This car was totaled several years ago and they have kept it going just fine.

I have always been Happy at Big O Tires in Lawrence Kansas. I just call and they get me in ASAP, or let me know if I am not in a hurry, just drop it off and it's done by the end of the day. Great folks and hard workers. I pull in to have my tires checked and they always make time for me. I have a Subaru Crosstrek that I hope can last me a long time and I won't hesitate to go back! They also put new tires on my car , changed my windshield wipers and I am happy with those as well. There is always a follow up call ,email or text to make sure that the service I received was good and was there anything else they could do for me?

These guys were able to get me in for a bulb replacement, oil change, and tire rotation without an appointment. My wait was only a couple hours, and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. All the employees I spoke with were friendly and professional. Prices were fair. I'll definitely be back!

Asked for 4 Michelin tires that were not in stock, told them they could order and I would install in a couple days. Then called back to see if we can do it sooner. They got them in, and started that day at 3:00, along with the-alignment, oil change and wiper change out. Picked it up a bit after 5:00. Very happy experience!
