If I could give Zero stars, I would. We had the opposite customer service experience. We bought sneakers for our kids for back to school. We were sold shoes with no growing room in them. I told the sales clerk I wanted them to have some growing room. He didn’t watch the kids walk in their shoes, and he stopped helping our family to help a couple who came in with their toddler. 2 days later we tried to return the , and we were only given a store credit. Today we came to use our store credit, and the store was closed (the website says they should be open). We waited 25 minutes, and it never opened. Incredibly frustrated with our experience.

Wonderful customer service! Brought in my newly walking toddler twins for their first pair of sneakers, and we had an amazing and successful experience. They agreed too! Highly recommend!
