Wanted to give a huge shout out to the ladies at the perfume counters for taking care of me! The Fine Jewelry staff was extremely rude and would not check me out, I had to go to 5 different registers just to pay for my items because nobody is ever at most of the registers unfortunately. I asked the gentlemen w/ the glasses in fine jewelry for assistance checking out. He immediately acted inconvenienced then made a couple of snarky remarks such as "well you brought the items to the counter I assumed you wanted all of them" when I told him I was still deciding between a few of the items. This is because he asked me to open the app for coupons and while I was doing so he scanned all of the items. It's not abnormal to want to see where you're at on your total after coupons and offers then sometimes remove some items, which he should know. What I wanted to say was "you know what they say about when you assume" but did not feel the need to be rude back I simply walked away. I was able to walk away easily as he was simply ignoring me at that point anyway and went on about what he was doing. Let's just say that saying still rings true. The woman at the other fine jewelry counter just refused to check me out and shooed me to another register, she was rude but the interaction was brief. Very very disappointed with how I was treated.
I did call and speak to a manager that was very sweet and very helpful taking my complaint.
Awesome staff! It was so busy at this location, and even though it was, each staff member we went to was VERY helpful and took their time assisted our team with the best sale with great quality... especially Hayden, he's was more than happy to assist.
We came here to do some Christmas shopping. They had a variety of sales throughout the store. The checkout experience was frustrating. They did not have enough staff to provide a smooth checkout process. We understand it was because of Covid. The worst part was a lady in line was trying to return some items and she wasn’t really sure what she wanted. This caused our checkout time to be about 30 minutes in line.
I haven't been helped with this degree of exertise and kindness in a long time. The store is well stocked and well organized. It is the sales team that made the shopping experience amazing.

Something there for everyone. Prices are in line with other stores. I gave four stars because they need more staff to assist the customer.
