The dedication and attention of the workers of that branch is to put 10 stars, but BBVA follows the same policy as other banks, reduce staff and personalized attention to the maximum, if something fails it is not the workers, in this case it is very clear that the bank does not want us to access personalized treatment, I insist that the workers are the best it has.
