Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help you make an informed decision and to offer the information needed to care for your product of choice. Most importantly, they fully charge the battery for you so it’s actually 100% ready to go on pickup.

If I was able to give them a negative I will. Worse customer service experience I show up to my appointment a hr drive to show up and be told sorry we don't have your part mind you I already paid for this part. No call was given to me to let me know not to show up to my appointment just a waist of time and money.

Everyone I encountered at the Temecula location was so helpful, knowledgeable and absolutely pleasant; both when I picked up my battery order and when I brought my cores back 2 days later. I will continue to keep coming here & refer this specific location to friends and family. Seems like such a simple, “boring” chore to hate to come get batteries, but they made my experience wonderful & easy. I can’t say enough good things!
