I’m always extremely satisfied with the service and prompt response from the staff at this store, been using them for years, they kept my iPhone 4s alive and ticking and we recycle or used parts from my children’s 4s models when they “had to use the newer” less reliable upgrades. Always best advice, experience and knowledge through all product lines and other service providers. They are my 1 st go-to for the real scoop.

I was never given the option to just purchase a car replacement key fob battery only the Life Time Warranty at $21.99. Purchasing the batteries alone would have only cost $9.00 for two. This should have been explained/offered at the point of sale not after. I felt decieved by the process. Not a good experience!!

Great customer service. Very helpful staff. They fixed my cell phone within a couple hours and helped me find light bulbs I've been looking for to fit a small lamp. Highly recommend!
