So glad I found this store. Connor was super helpful, and the turnaround time from ordering to picking up was lickety split. Great price for an obscure, hard to find LED bulb. I'll be returning for various other things in future (batteries, bulbs, etc).

Needed a car battery for my 2010 Honda Accord. Very kind staff, cost efficient, knowledgable, and very fast service. Really appreciated all the help! Will absolutely be back for any other battery needs.

Thank you Batteries Plus staff for helping me secure these hard-to-find CR2354 batteries. I couldn’t unlock my car because the key fob didn’t have any battery. I drove around the whole Bay Area for 4 hours and went to 6 major stores. But there was nothing in stock. This is my last hope before towing my car. The staff are so friendly to help me. I got the batteries 15 mins before it closed today. Tesla owners, come here for car key batteries!!!

Batteries Plus Bulbs is the spot for finding any batteries that you need or want. Especially if you are a film photographer. They have you covered. Knowledge of the employees was a little tough, but these seem to be newer. Old head I’ve talked to before knows what’s up. But if you know what you are looking for, you will be good to go!

Avoid doing business at this place. Avoid the manager Joseph Ute. The staff there are deceitful & rude. They will cheat you. I ordered a cell phone charging cord & made a purchase. The box on the outside said it was what I wanted, but when I opened it at home , inside the box contained something entirely different. I took the box & the item back to the store 2 days later. Joseph Ute refused to exchange the incorrect item for the correct item & he refused to refund it as well. He was completely rude & accused me of making a mistake, implying that I switched parts or was deceitful. I will never do business with this store again.
