We have been buying batteries for 10 years from batteries plus store 694. I drove extra miles because of their excellent service. Over the last year. The service has deteriorated a lot. They are not as customer service oriented at all. Sometimes on the verge of rude. While service has gone down. Prices have been raising by almost 50 percent My social security has certainly not followed suit I bore the extra cost because the sales representative always seemed to at least try to give me a discount if I had trouble getting online to get one. Now they just say the price of the battery and said oh well prices have gone up. Unfortunately service went down. I have never brought a car battery for a core. The sales person asked me 3 times if I had bought a car battery. I finally asked him to go get the core so he would know I wasn’t trying to cheat him. Without hesitation he said yes let me go check your core. I felt like he was questioning my honesty. I will be buying my batteries at Cosco in the future Sandy Once a loyal customer

Batteries Plus is where I go for battery and bulb needs. Whatever they do not have in the store, I can order from the store or online. When handling an exchange due to a warranty issue, the employees made me feel that my satisfaction was important and handled the situation with aplomb.

I’ve got a new place to check in with when buying an auto battery. I’ve bought small batteries from them before, but didn’t realize how much they stock in auto batteries. I like their buy online and pickup in store option. They had a good quality battery and an online deal which made it my best option. Friendly, competent service. I called a few days later asking about whether the battery was maintenance free, got my question answered faster than me trying to look online.
