Batteries Plus is an excellent place to go if you want good customer service and quality batteries with a excellent support staff.. The picture is of a X2 power battery that lasted me for 8 years and was still going although it's capacity was dropping slowly so it need to be replaced.. but 8 years... That's pretty good reliability for a car battery. And it never up and quit Just slowly got weaker. Recently stopped by batteries Plus and the staff were very friendly and helpful.. helped me find their newest X2 battery replacement and installed it free of charge.. We'll see how things go but if it's anything like the first battery I had I expect reliability to be just as good.. I will definitely update if anything changes 🙃👍 Till then I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend this place to anybody without issue.. sure you might pay a little bit more but quality components goes a long way in keeping your car healthy and reliable.. I have bought and replaced hundreds, if not thousands of batteries in cars, trucks, boats, motor homes, and trailers. I’ve had some that didn’t hold up and had to replace them under warranty. I have never had a supplier refuse to replace a battery when it would not pass the tests they required after charging. That is until today, when Batteries Plus in Vista refused to replace their top of the line deep cycle battery I bought on June 20 2023. I left it with them for 2 days as they required to attempt to revive it. When I came to pick it, or a replacement up, they tested it in front of me. One test device said it passed under half of its capacity. Then with a different device it failed and said to replace. The salesman told me that this battery only tests under the first device. I asked him to use his second device on a new battery in the store. He agreed and tested the new one. It passed with over 700 cca. Mine failed showing just over 400cca. He refused to accept that this battery is bad and refused to replace it under warranty. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW BATTERY AVOID THIS COMPANY AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE SUPPLIER, SUCH AS INTERSTATE BATTERIES.

I went to replace a recently purchased car battery from Batteries+ and received one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. Celeste, the worker on duty, went into the back of the store, returned with tools and together, in the parking lot we removed and replaced my defective battery. It may not seem like much but her demeanor, knowledge and attention to detail really made my day. Batteries+ today you've gained a new loyal customer!

I had a problem with my iPhone battery and went in for a new one. But the technician said the problem was with the charging, not the battery, and he fixed it on the spot. Great service; great expertise
