Batteries Plus

Walked in with a shattered phone screen and low hopes but Batteries Plus came through and I am writing this review using my new phone screen! Thank you so much for the quick fix!

Buyer Beware. I tried to take my wife's broken phone here to get the screen fixed. The old man with the huge baldspot insisted on having the password and going through the phone even though the tech wouldn't be in till later. Took the phone back and left.This place does not respect your privacy.

Piss poor customer service and will sell anyone anything just to make a buck. Sold us the wrong battery for our scooter, which mostly sits and is hardly ridden, it's was the wrong size and been having problems ever since purchased. Come to find out that they sold us the wrong size, exchanged it 6 months ago. And refused to make good on their mistake. Instead, tried to sell us a new battery with a 10% discount...not even close...will never spend one red cent there, ever again!!! D&D Motorsports knows how to treat and appreciate their customers!!!

I needed a watch battery and was presented with a wonderful lifetime battery offer. The gentleman who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly.

Great customer service. Handled my battery issue very fairly. I was very satisfied with their resolution and handling of my issue.
