Stay away from these con artists!!!! I needed to replace my car battery and purchased it online. I went to the store and was informed that Arizona requires me to do a registration reset on the battery. I took this as being a mandated state requirement. I only found out later after doing research and a friend of mine telling me that this is an optional programming reset of the battery to my car. I have a 2018 Kia soul and found out that the car will reset itself within 24 hours. They charged me $60 to do 5 minutes of work, if even that. I earn a minimum wage and every penny counts for me. I called them back after finding out about this unnecessary battery registration reset for a refund. They said it's too late. "Nothing can be done" no refund was offered to me for the $60. Even a partial one would have been nice. It's unfortunate that a company will be dishonest and scam people for extra charges and make it sound like it was a state mandated requirement. I am a hard-working blue collar person that makes minimum wage and it really hurts my pocketbook.

I recently bought a new car battery and had it installed at Batteries Plus at this store. It took two different guys to install it. Two days later I went to a doctor appointment, came out and my car was dead-not even lights on the dash or clicking noise. When assistance finally arrived it was determined one of the battery terminal connectors wasn't tightened properly and had come loose. I won't bother describing the terrible inconvenience this was-any one who's been stranded alone knows. I also found out that the battery terminal was bent sideways for some unknown reason & had to have that fixed. I paid $200 for this battery. I went back to the store the next day and spoke to the manager. He offered me $32 refund for my trouble and refused to pay for the cost of fixing the terminal. I give a review of no confidence to this store.

Huge variety of batteries & light bulbs! Prices same or better than that online store that starts with an A. We went in to exchange our dead Jeep Rubicon battery for a new one. They accept old cell phone batteries for recycling. But they do charge a few cents for that service. Everyone is asked to wear a covid spread prevention mask to enter. Neighbors taking care of neighbors.

Placed my order online, received a follow-up confirmation text, and my order was ready to pick up within a half-hour. Doesn’t get much better than that.
