Batteries Plus

I went in today hoping to find a replacement battery for a generic brand cordless phone. The employees were great! They were very helpful and provided outstanding customer service. I left there with three batteries and am a very happy customer. THANKS El Cajon Batteries Plus.

Guy behind the counter is rude and a know it all, spent $300 on battery’s that went out in less than 3 months. Instantly pointed out the battery’s weren’t the problem it was my “trailer” I had the battery’s on which is not true. Wouldn’t warranty them even after he tried to charge them and they wouldn't keep a charge. I’ll never go back to this store and wouldn’t ever recommend them to anyone

Found a great deal on a car battery at the El Cajon BatteriesPlus! Battery was fully charged before pick up and although I didn’t need it, battery would have been installed as well. Excellent customer service. Friendly and communicative.

What a great place to shop for all your battery needs. The owner Keith Daigle assisted me with my needs in search of the correct battery for my tractor. In addition, i was able to locate with the assistance of staff member Evelyn, a battery for my granddaughters kareoke mic, which I had been unable to locate at 4 other stores. All staff members were very welcoming and happy to respond to my numerous questions regarding batteries. I look forward to revisiting this store not only for my battery needs, they have so much more goods for cell phones, flashlights, etc

Excellent service from Aaron at this store. They had a battery that I could not find anywhere else and they have much more than batteries! I found a unique bulb there too. I will be there again soon! Thank you Aaron!
