The batteries for a scooter chair i Baugh 8 months ago died. Took back.had a very long wait seems like there should be more than one person working. But the one man Johnathan working was very nice come out got old batteries. And brought new ones back to are car .would have given a 5 star if it was not for the long wait. They have a one year warranty. And they honor it .no hassle.but had to drive to one of the other locations to pick them up.They are trying to hire help..good luck because you need help.

They did not have the exact model battery that I wanted, but did have one with almost identical stats with reversed polarity. Required extending my power hookup by a foot to make it fit, they spent quite a bit of time doing this for me, were very pleasant about the whole thing. Excellent customer service!

Never buy batteries from this place especially for your cell phone because iPhones have to be calibrated which they don’t ever tell you that wants to put the battery and then the battery never works. It doesn’t work properly. They blamed it on a system issue which is not the case the battery has to be calibrated by certified Apple dealer, so don’t buy any batteries from this place at all

The battery for my car was priced very well compared to the local auto parts stores. That was a major factor in my purchase decision, but also it was the ease of shopping at a smaller store in Homewood compared to the hassle of shopping at a big box store like Wal-Mart with all of the parking and people.

My experience at the Homewood location was excellent! Te store looked so clean, nice, and organized. The manager on duty, Ashley was very knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. Even though they were busy myself and other customers were helped and greeted in a timely manner. Convenient location and great service!
