Batteries Plus

The staff I encountered were extremely helpful and personable. I needed a replacement battery for my 30 year old scooter that was sitting on Catalina Island (so I could not bring it to the store) and their assurance that it would fit and encouragement that I could return battery if it did not was way worth the extra time and expense of ordering through Amazon (which I had done previously and was disappointed). I opted for ordering my battery through Battery Plus online portal so it would be ready for early morning pick up and it was ready to go with super helpful service. Battery fit my application and engine compartment perfectly. They also took my old battery which afforded me a discount and saved me a trip to hazardous material disposal. This is my goto in the future.

Memorial Day, lawn mower wouldn’t fire up. I called a few places for batteries and this is the only place open for the day. The staff member was very courteous over the phone and even checked the inventory to ensure my batteries are in stock. Also let me know it’s next to Hobby Lobby so I do t have to look for it. Took me less than 10 minutes because it’s holiday. The directions helped a lot and I find it right away. Two old batteries in, two brand new one come with me home. Easy. Very nice shop. It’s got the car remote fob programming services too. I think I will be here again soon.

Fast and friendly. Vanessa was very helpful in answering questions and helping me order the right item to replace my key fob. Would definitely come back. Came back to program my key fob and Javier was awesome in helping me out. Service is terrific here and I would definitely come back for what they offer here
