Batteries Plus

Took my iPhone 13Pro to Batteries Plus for replacement of two lens covers that had a crack. Parts weren’t in stock, ordered, and notified once they arrived. Dropped my device off, ran errands, and return to find that my device is now damaged beyond the condition it was in when I brought it to Batteries Plus. During the repair a piece of glass, which was not present with the original crack, managed to stay inside the new lens cover. Along with this, another camera on the phone is now completely blurry and unusable. Team members offered to reorder parts and reattempt the repair but advised they will have to charge me, or I could take my device elsewhere for repair at my own expense. At this point the employee proceeded to turn around a plastic sign on the opposite counter of where I was being assisted and explained they are not liable if they damage your device. Not once was I shown this information or informed of this until they had already damaged my device. Batteries Plus seems to want no ownership in their lack of communication and failing to properly advise of their repair policies. I would not trust Batteries Plus with another device.

I was looking for two very specific sized watch batteries. I couldnt find the size I needed ANYWHERE. I tried Walmart, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, and True Value. Then someone suggested Batteries Plus. Daniel and Andy were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. And of course, they had both batteries I needed. Daniel even changed the batteries out for me. AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT, THE PRICE WAS MORE AFFORDABLE THAN THE OTHER STORES. Great customer service. I'll never go anywhere else for batteries of any kind.

The worker at 8 am on October 24th had no idea about batteries and was terribly rude when I asked for help. I asked for the owners number and she refused. Don’t waste your time with this place Amazon is much better.

Awesome experience, as usual, with BatteriesPlus and Danielle went above and beyond to help with technical questions I had after she did a great job with the screen repair. Highly recommend!

They had exactly what I needed and the store sales representative was very friendly and super helpful!
