I’m going to recommend anyone having phone screen issues to go to them. They fixed my phone quickly & the service there was great. I want to thank Jennifer for her amazing service! If I have any phone or battery issues I’ll definitely be back.

This is THE place to go for anything and everything to do with batteries. They were able to offer many services, including replacing my Jeep key fob/key, providing a high quality power bank for charging my cellphone & tablets, repairing the broken screen on my cellphone, as well as replacing the cellphone battery. They also had all sizes of batteries that I needed for ceiling fan remote controls, ADT alarm panel & window sensors, along with the more common 9 volt batteries. I also found some really cool LED Glow Flashlights in pretty colors. This place has it all and does it all with courtesy and high expertise.

Terrible Customer service...rather than helping customers this Mgr female with long wavy hair or possibly the owner I'm not sure decides to direct the sales people on various duties & displaying merchandise while leaving me stand around as though I am invisable, I finally just walked out. The desert is a small town and word of mouth travels fast I will certainly tell all my circle of family & friends to avoid this place for sure. A word of advice is to treat customers well or you won't have any! ***UPDATE....As you see below Batteries Plus has responded to my negative review like they do to all reviews with a sweet syrupy reply. All those sweet syrupy replies to negative reviews don't help because you never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression! After my experience I will never shop in this store and I will share my experience with everyone I can.

A setting notice that is is not a genuine apple battry will not go off and drives me crazy. The life of the charged battery is not as good as the last apple battery

I recently went into Batteries Plus for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised to see the staff smiling and engaging with their customers in a friendly way. The feel of the store was welcoming. The associate that helped me, J. Cardenas, greeted me with a smile and an open face, ready to help me. She did not hesitate with an answer to my questions. She quickly and expertly fixed my key fobs and gave me information if I need to purchase new fobs in the future. My all around experience at the Palm Desert Batteries Plus goes beyond 5 stars. They earned a customer for life!
