Website says open till 6 pm. 5:10 and they are closed. River ridge the same thing open till 5 according to website. Locked up 4:45 How hard is it to update the website?

I have been a customer of Bassil’s Ace Hardware for 42 years. I tried to return a defective item but I was told by the manager that the item had not been purchased at that store since I did not have the receipt. He said that he did not like my attitude and that he was not in the mood for this. Unless I am given an apology by that manager I will never set foot in that store again.”This is on behalf of my Father in law .btw the computers were down so I was unable to receive a receipt.
