You can spend your life in the branch and they will not attend to you. Employees gossiping among themselves, the manager watching YT on his phone. And one there waiting...
They tell you that they are going to call you in the afternoon and they don't call you either.
They made me open an account just to ask a question. Now I have to go waste time to close it.
It's total garbage
On September 21, I went to this branch, located in Division del Norte, to pick up a credit card that I processed through my BBVA application, I went through my receipt and then to the cashier, since I did not have account information, it told me to pass with customer services to ask for my account number, an executive asks me for identification and then my phone to enter his wifi password, in that process I tell him again that I only want my account number, he says yes I am already looking for it, I thought it was Browsing the internet through my smartphone, it asks me for information, cell phone number, etc., I tell it again that I only want my account number, it asks me to put a password on my cell phone, then it asks me to stand in front of a wall to scan my face, is where I realize that I delete the data from my application and ask for my belongings, he gives them to me, and since this was no longer normal because I only asked for my account number, I ask for his name and identification, he gives me an unconfirmed name with his INE, to which I take a photo, he tells me that it is not allowed, but I answer that he is allowed to delete data from my cell phone, and he runs to his managing director, he calls me and explained the problem, to which his response was "I want to believe that your application was wrong and that's why I reset it" I told him again, I only asked for my account number, my application had no problem, and again his response was, to check my data in his computer, something that was very easy to do without my smartphone, and this seems too strange to me, since the manager himself does not know what is happening in his branch or is covering it up, I do not think it is a mistake because "qualified" people work there Be very careful and attend with someone to accompany you, I will be investigating what they did with my application or what intentions they had and here I will write to you again
Terrible attention and disposition, the Branch Director does not show his face, neither resolves nor knows how to proceed, they throw the ball between the BBVA line and the branches.
Terrible branch, terrible bank
The truth is that I don't like "he comes, he comes", I have seen how he harasses women who pass by and behind their backs he says insinuations or "compliments" in bad taste.
Personally, it is a very good branch. They have attended to me quite quickly when I have had to make a clarification, and the cashiers empty out quite quickly. It's rare that I've seen people queue up and it's a maximum of 15 minutes per line to get to the cashier assuming you go all the way to the back.
