To change account ownership, I wasted a morning making an appointment, since you can't stop by without an appointment. Being there, and seeing the bank's demands towards the client, these are not matched by the poor service they provide: they do not respect the appointment schedule, they do not report the absence of the requested manager, etc., etc., etc. As soon as I have the ownership I will change banks.😠😠😠
My visit to the Banco Santander branch in Ceuta, located on Paseo Revellín, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The service I received was really poor, with a level of politeness and civility from the staff that left a lot to be desired.
The attitude and treatment I experienced from the employees was very unpleasant. Instead of receiving the professional and respectful attention one expects from a bank, I was met with a depressing and unwelcoming environment. The lack of courtesy and rudeness on the part of the staff left a lasting negative impression.
The experience I had at this branch was not only disappointing, but also unacceptable. As a client, I deserve dignified and respectful treatment, regardless of the circumstances. I hope Banco Santander takes steps to improve the quality of service and the attitude of its staff at this location, so that other customers do not have to face the same unpleasant experience that I had.

Very bad, I have financed a dental treatment with them, it turns out that the treatment is defective or incomplete and they do not give me a solution, I am paying a lot for a bad treatment, they do not respect the contracting and employment law, I have complained about it with an expert opinion and nothing, my lawyer will contact them and I will even claim the interest
