It's a very modern bank, it's a shame we only find it in so few cities. The company should think about expanding its branches in more cities, especially in our state, which is somewhat lacking in terms of having a banking branch that meets the needs of the public. It is a fact that bank agencies aim for profits and their dependence on municipalities is related to this, so this company lacks a little more patience with municipalities, which in turn ends up harming customers who will have to travel to another city to carry out their banking operations, and the bank itself ends up losing these customers.
I'm seriously thinking about canceling my account because the service at this branch is one of the worst I've ever seen, I'm not saying inside the branch but the self-service outside is horrible, we spend hours in line and people pass in front of us who don't even priority are
The worst bank and worst branch in Brazil, if in doubt. Always crowded, terrible service (including the rude manager), slow and very unsafe. If someone wants to bring a rifle into the agency, it is allowed.
