Many employees (account managers) don't know the procedures, they keep asking for help from those who do. I went to open an account to receive the INSS benefit and if I didn't look, I had signed for insurance that the attendant assured me didn't exist. It seems like they are acting in bad faith. He had to redo the entire registration after the colleague next door said the insurance billing was wrong. And worse, he didn't give me my document, I missed it when 2 days later I went to the bank and needed the document. When I went back to look for it, there were other documents from other people with it; It's really bad service. So many efficient people without jobs and hire this type of employee. I returned to this agency after 1 month to find out why I was unable to access the open account via the app. The attendant confirmed to me that the account was not active because the documentation created by the previous attendant (Ingrid) was not legible. Absurd, this attendant was incompetent from beginning to end; He didn't return my ID and he couldn't even open the account, causing me to waste time several times. They wanted to justify that she was new; Nothing justifies bad service people. When I returned, I saw that he also forgot to return other people's documents. The problem isn't being new, it's not wanting to work respecting procedures. After 50 minutes in line, I discovered that I would have to open another account, due to successive bank errors. Yes, I had numerous problems with this agency. But I want to record my praise to the person who helped me to correct all the previous errors. To Erik's professionalism and Fabiana's willingness to open the account; this time within what is expected from a banking institution. It is clear that the customer has the right to receive the best service from the first time they request a service. Some people will never be good employees; not for lack of practice, but for lack of efficiency.

If you want to reduce branches and ATMs to be more remote, resolve all problems remotely first. There is no point in asking the customer to go to the cashier to activate itoken when there is no ATM in the region. Outside of Brazil, there is almost no cashier, but everything can be resolved over the phone or website.
