A lot of delay in service, they don't intersperse priority passwords with normal ones, regardless of whether the normal one has been waiting for more than 1 hour and the priority has just arrived. But super polite attendants.
Horrible service, on 11/08/22 I went to get my card, for the 3rd time, always the same thing without a system, and another thing, I have surgery and I was outside, they didn't put me inside the bank....

The agency is comfortable. It just takes a long time for customer service to be attended to

Horrible agency, slow service, attendants prioritize their "acquaintances". Customers wait in the hot sun to enter the agency.
