The service is terrible, unfortunately I can evaluate it this way, I've had the opportunity a few times to congratulate the service but lately it's much to be desired, more than two hours to be served, I don't know what happened to reach this level!!!!

Banco Itaú, as always leaving something to be desired, I arrived at the store on February 6, 2020 at 9 am, the branch was without electricity, with only two tellers working. I do not recommend.

This bank and this agency are incredible, quality service, everything is practical and there is even a bank that makes it very easy when you need it.

Update service status. I went to the branch and it was closed and the website stated full service availability.
