After coming from the agency located on Avenida Indianópolis, where I only wasted my time. This one is much better than the other, but there was only one cashier working, the others were undergoing maintenance. At least I managed to solve my external problem

Wonderful agency, the service is always fast and attentive staff, a pity that it no longer serves until 6 pm, only until 4 pm.

Terrible service from the Itaú Empresa manager (Wander). He was in a bad mood and extremely lazy in helping the customer!
