My husband went to the agency and received very poor service from the general manager named Francisco. We have always been very well attended to by everyone, but I think he is in the wrong role. Because it makes a distinction between customers. After my husband waited for a while and with a password in hand, he served other customers without a password. Irritated, my husband asked why the password had to be removed and the wait was taking place, passing others ahead, as he is a uniclass customer. The general manager's reaction was to get up from his desk and go after my husband, seeing the mistake he had made, knowing that there would be a complaint to the ombudsman, as my husband had mentioned the complaint loud and clear.

After coming from the agency located on Avenida Indianópolis, where I only wasted my time. This one is much better than the other, but there was only one cashier working, the others were undergoing maintenance. At least I managed to solve my external problem

Wonderful agency, the service is always fast and attentive staff, a pity that it no longer serves until 6 pm, only until 4 pm.

Terrible service from the Itaú Empresa manager (Wander). He was in a bad mood and extremely lazy in helping the customer!
