Terrible service, employees completely uncommitted to their duties (management service sector). I have no desire to give concrete information. I felt like I was bothering people who are paid and are there on the front line of a company like Itaú. We know that they are there to clarify our doubts and even serve us in a polite way. And not with disregard, as if the bank didn't need the customer. I honestly don't understand the behavior of employees like this. I know how much the company invests in courses, lectures, training...among many others. In my opinion, it doesn't seem like I learned it or even brought it from home. The minimum of education and empathy. I think, if I was treated with so much disregard, I imagine my elderly father-in-law going back and forth where they didn't. Unfortunate. For more empathy🙌🏽

AN ABSURD! lack of respect for those who use their services and maintain the institution!!!
A customer only enters when the other leaves, and it's not because the bank is overcrowded, they adopted this as an internal regulation.
If you stand in line even during opening hours and tell them they are closed, they inform you that they have closed their business hours and we stop paying our bills or resolving our demands.
Another thing, they now only serve those who have an account with Itaú, or if the value of the bill is high. In other words, if you have a cheap payment slip from Itaú and you are not a customer, you won't pay there.
Who to turn to? Is the Central Bank aware of this abusive practice???
Or is this procedure standard across all agencies???
I was there a few days ago and was very well attended to... without delay... a desk employee attended to me with all the calm and patience required!!!
Note: I evaluate with sincerity and honesty... because if it were different, I would also be evaluating negatively, as in the case before this agency where I was there on the sidewalk and received very poor service from a pseudo General Manager who, in addition to waiting for more than an hour, made everything to not help!!!

The service from the Cajazeiras agency was excellent, kind and explanatory.
Different from the forced service I witnessed at the Barra branch in Marquês de Leão. The rude attendant.
