I didn't like the service. I queued to make the credit card payment at the cashier. I had to deposit the money and then make the credit card payment at the ATM. I've never seen this before, you have to wait in two lines to make a payment.

Itau is great! Mainly the shopping mall located in Bezerra de Menezes. Great service and speed.

Terrible attendance. I'm a new customer and I went to resolve a problem with the app and in addition to receiving poor service, no one helped me solve my problem. If they treat new customers like this, imagine veterans.
