Most restricted bank of all, few branches, somewhat insecure branch at ATMs. Bad parking. Cashiers are fast.

My experience at this agency is mixed. I consider the final service, when it is time to be attended to, to be good. They are practical and helpful. But on the other hand, the previous steps need improvement. Last week, along with many other people, I stood in line outside for more than two hours waiting to be allowed in and then receive a password and have a second wait. In case anyone reads this comment and is not from the region, I inform you that the city where this agency is located is neighboring Teresina, capital of Piauí, famous for its hot climate. Try to imagine what we went through outside the agency at this time of year (August). However, I would like to state that, compared to its competitors in the city, it is the agency that divides my opinion. I see positives and negatives. The others, due to the way they tap dance on the clientele, don't share my opinion - they are terrible. There, the waiting time in queues is a waste of time, ATMs constantly having problems, haughty attendants, always with an air of superiority compared to the humblest people. The impression it gives is that because it is a city in the interior of the state, things could go either way. Now, at this Itaú branch, even though the queue takes this absurd amount of time, I can notice their attempts to improve. I have to admit that the ATMs have problems, but when I come back I realize that there are repairs, are there haughty attendants? Yes. But there are also good attendants and they almost always provide satisfactory service.

I've been with the bank 🏦 for over 2 years and it meets my banking expectations. As for the aforementioned establishment, it needs considerable renovations, management and HR reform is more bills of 5, 2 and 10 reais.
