I realize that customers are not important in this agency, only the income that such provide to the same. Just because we're from suburbia doesn't mean we don't know what it's like to be treated with respect. We are honest and hardworking people. There are reviews here below for more than 5 years showing the same current problems and nothing has been done at least to minimize the situation. The agency is small for the demand of people. Why all that space in front of the agency? Why not increase the structure? If the case is resources, why not put a wide and long awning, in addition to some fixed seats? With regard to "PRIORITY", imagine if it was your mother or grandmother in line getting all that sun on your head, not to mention standing up (many suffer from arthrosis, serious back problems, etc.) would you like it? On the ground floor, internally, there are no partitions between one attendant and the other. The tables are close together, customers are even apprehensive about approaching certain subjects, as it is so close. Placing at least movable screens will be of great importance. Because, next to the customers, there are often the 'scouts', who pass on information to bandits outside the banking establishments. There is great neglect in this agency! Here are the photos proving what I say. The gentleman (in the photo) who is near the entrance to the agency had a very red head and neck. I went and asked the security guard if the elderly could not enter. The same said that he received orders not to let him in until the moment of service. In addition to these situations mentioned above, the delay to enter the agency is inhumane. Please, responsible gentlemen, take some action! For a humanized service!

The worst possible, I've been to the agency twice after opening a salary account and I was treated in a terrible way, the manager doesn't care, the agency is already busy for more than 1:30 minutes waiting for only 1 attendant at the desk. The worst agency in Bahia, people treated inhumanely.

The bank leaves people on the street and does not consider the elderly as a priority. Horrible service. Even when it came to getting information, the security guards didn't know or didn't want to provide information. They just lock the door so you can't get in.
