I gave one star due to a deposit made at the ATM today, 11/18, at 7:30 am and to date (5:13 pm), the amount has not been credited to my account. I also inform you that this is not the first, nor the second nor the third time that this has happened. I called the Customer Service Center and they informed that the amount does not have a time to be credited, only that it has until the end of the day for this to happen. The issue is that I depend on this deposit to make some payments. Remembering that until then, I only had problems with this agency. Because in the others, when I make deposits at ATMs I don't have this problem? Very strange, don't you think? Unfortunately, this is the closest agency to where I live.

Very practical, fast and without bureaucracy. I'm retired. What are the requirements to change retirement receipt to Itaú? Are there any restrictions?
