I'm a teacher, I have to carry a backpack with school materials and books, a very rude security guard made me take all the materials out of my backpack because of the metal detector, very rude abuse of power, not just me, another teacher She did the same, I'm going to take my money from this bank, it's not worth leaving my money to be treated in an embarrassing way
A customer for several years, I've never had a problem and a bank that can be completely digital to solve its problems. On rare occasions I go to the agency but it's always very calm, the Itau team is super prepared, I always recommend it.
What is the number we can call to speak with someone at the agency. by Lucas from Rio Verde. other than 40044828 this is only for those who have an account with itau. I think it's absurd not to give an option to talk to someone in Itaú,,,disregard for a future customer.Total disrespect. there is no longer any need to go personally to the branch for that reason, for which there is a telephone; watts and other electronic means
