Excellent structure and service.

The bank is great, the location is good, but when you need to park it's the worst of all, Shopping Carlito is terrible, open parking, no security at all, expensive, rude gate staff, whatever the car takes 10 minutes or one hour the amount will be charged. It's ridiculous!

What you say here won't work! So far, nothing has changed, it only gets worse! Service for chosen ones, very bad! It all started wrong due to bad information given to the customer, My card to receive money just for salary took more than 20 days for delivery and no one told me anything about it. I called the agency to find out and I never got through... I'm going to the agency and see what happens.

I spent 50 minutes outside in the sun waiting for the agency to open, when I enter I see the disorganization with 2 employees solving 1 customer's problem. Employees talk a lot and leave agents waiting longer than we would like
