Best bank in PHYSICAL service I've ever used, fast service, prepared employees, very friendly and helpful, as well as very polite. Very beautiful, organized and harmonious environment, all of this makes a bank great to be served, I felt on "another level". The only problem is that there is no parking, which can be terrible on busy days.

You are terrible at customer service, I've been calling you for a week and you've been calling and no one answers. I am in another state and need assistance from the Bank to resolve an issue and I need your feedback.

This is absurd, the branch is closed, there is a statement, it will only open when this pandemic normalizes, my father needs to withdraw his benefit and he can only withdraw it at the branch itself, he cannot withdraw it at a 24-hour Caixa, is it now? I have to take my father to Fortaleza to cash it at an agency there, this is absurd.
