Agency poorly maintained, floor, stairs and ATMs lacking cleaning and expenses, I only gave 2 stars because there were more than 4 ATMs working, but for Avenida Paulista it is a shame.

The branch is good, it has the most advanced tellers available at Banco Itaú, it is quite spacious and well organized. It has quick service, although it didn't solve my problem 100%, in terms of the service provided by the employees who work here, nothing special, some are kind and others not so much, in terms of parking, just like any other agency , owes.

Unprepared managers who are more concerned about getting you to hire additional services than solving their problems. They're nice when we're going to hire investments, but when problems arise, it's never with them, they're the first to disappear and they avoid you. They treat you with coldness and arrogance, they don't give you explanations and you have to solve it with Itaú. The security team is to be congratulated, they are friendlier than the agency attendants.

The agency opened 20 minutes ago and no password called. I came to close the account, and this experience confirms that the best thing to do is to close the account.
