I have my password requiring electronic validation, I am no longer in Brazil and would like to access my account. I only have 2 alternatives, validate via ATM and via SMS, where I live there is no Itau ATM and via SMS, my number no longer exists, I sent a power of attorney to my mother to resolve the situation and nothing came of it. This bank is disgusting! I've been a customer of the bank for a few years, and now I need help and this is a big problem. I am thinking about canceling the account, as the service to resolve a situation is very poor.
Bad experience. My wait exceeds 2 hours, elderly people sleep on benches waiting for the few employees to be released from service or to return from lunch. Horrible
