Banco Itaú - Agência 0869

Today, July 6, 2023, I was at this agency to resolve an issue with my personal account. There was no password for this type of service. I've been here waiting for more than 30 minutes to be called and 2 attendants have left their workstation. Another attendant helped a person who had not joined the queue. And that same attendant just stays at the computer and doesn't call anyone. Banco Itaú always has terrible customer service. Zero rating.

Since people are talking bad, I'm going to include Loko too 😑

Terrible, terrible service, staff are not very helpful
