ATMs are always out of money especially on weekends and holidays, horrible

Honestly, it was better. ATMs are always offline, especially the ones that cash checks. Tell the employee to resolve it, they don't seem to care.

I have been an Itaú customer for 12 years, I really like the service provided by my bank, very good service, the attendant Carla is wonderful, the Gurupi branch is very polite and attentive. I really like this girl congratulations 👏👏👏

Here at the Gurupi Tocantins branch, customer service without being Uniclass is terrible... except at the cashiers
