The agency is easy to access, the service doesn't take that long and there are guards who help if you don't know how to use the password system.
In general, the attendants are very attentive, and explain clearly, trying to resolve any problems immediately.
I have an account with the agency, and until then, I am satisfied.

Unfortunately a delay in service, the excuse of the pandemic is falling very well to blame the lack of commitment to the customer, for 2 hours in the queue outside the agency I saw that an employee was putting people, who were in the queue, inside the agency, circumventing the requirement standing in line to enter.
I had to open a salary account and after 2 hours in the sun, I stayed another 45 minutes inside the agency waiting for service, and then when my password was called on the panel (which, by the way, was poorly placed in the environment, making it difficult for everyone who was waiting for their respective passwords) the attendant stayed or chatted with an employee or VIP customer as she stopped at all the tables striking up a conversation with the 3 employees who did the service.
Unfortunately, the bank does not allow salary account customers to have access via the App and the delivery of the account card takes 30 days. type of account that was opened.

Horrible experience, service takes more than 2 hours, 5 boxes for service and only 1 worked, a shame for a bank like this not to have an attendant
