I went on Friday the 13th, a disaster. The service wanted her to tell me what I should or what and the person who helped me told me to call by phone, which I did and every time I do that, I was left waiting for hours and I don't get an answer. Apart from that, I told her that I didn't. I have a landline to call. I also made the deposit of $84 that according to them I owed and so I left the quarantine and I had to deposit 100 as always because the ATM doesn't give you any money back.
Go only with an appointment to this branch. If you have to pay a loan you have to do it at the ATM that is outside.
It needs to improve a lot in Customer Service. There is no staff that welcomes you cordially and advises you properly and patiently.

Good service, they respect the shifts and call you the day before to consult and try to solve it over the phone.
