I am needing the summary of my bank account and I cannot obtain it by any means or know what the procedure would be because the telephone answering machine... IS IN ENGLISH!! ... AND IN CHINESE OR MANDARIN... I DON'T KNOW!!! WHAT A SHAME!!! A STATE BANK!!! I DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING WHAT YOU'RE TELLING ME!!! WUE ASKS ME!!!
I collect my salary with them, and I could tell you that the service and attention in general is better than in other banks. The problem is the promotions, they are very good, but one in three does not credit me with the discount, and I have to wait 10 days to make the claim, send the ticket by email and it is very tedious and many times I do not do it or I miss it. happens. I don't know if it's on purpose. The other issue that I am not happy with is the credit card limit, I have Visa gold and it is not enough for me to buy a good appliance even though I always paid well, I already made an account in another bank and they give me 5 times more limit than the mortgage.
Terrible attention, telephone, you are going to solve a problem and nothing..... they deceive you with promotions, and promising things, the expensive card I can't wait to finish paying and cancel
