Terrible customer service by the manager Marcela Ruiz. The bank was full of customers and she took NO effort to help anyone in the 1:15 that I was there. She would always defer the customer to wait for another person when she was obviously not busy. I tried to explain what my situation was and that it had gone unresolved for much too long, and she did absolutely nothing but continue to chat on her phone. During my wait with a bank member I asked her who Can actually help with this matter, and she stated that the manager could quickly help. I approached her for a second time and it was clear she wasn’t a team player and didn’t want to help the customer or her fellow employee. In addition, she actually became very angry with the bank member for telling me that she was the only one that could help in this situation. She also refused to listen to my problem both times I approached her. I highly recommend that the company finds another qualified manager with good customer services skills and that is a team player, both for the customers benefit and the stores’.
Terrible service. One box and one advisor for the entire bank. You must queue to enter, but if you come with a commercial offering credit cards, you can skip the entire queue and that's how the ONLY advisor attends you.

I arrived at Falabella de Macro and there is only one cashier. I arrived at 13:59 AND THEY GO FOR C084 and I am C91. The observation is that the same man who is called Boss must act as cashier and customer service. Several people have already left because there is no good cashier service. Please increase the cashier staff. The boss cannot make the goal and save it. You can see his willingness to serve but the customers get annoyed and leave
