One of the worse bank and extremely bad service I never seen in my life
I had plan to put cdc person to do my job write wrong ID number and try to cash my check
I told them I change my mind give me my check back and they refused to do that finally I told them I will call the police and my lawyer after 3 hours waiting I took my check back and I am 65 years old in this pandemic

Customer service is the most important thing, therefore your collaborators must have kindness and good treatment towards customers. A smile and a pleasure makes the difference
In terms of attention in the Jardín Plaza office, it is terrible. They should close at noon, from 12 to 1 PM since there are not enough advisers in that space, only 2 and with very little spirit, and those who enter have a nap pending. It is very important that they respect our time as people and as customers. Have advisors with a good attitude and proactive. They don't deserve a star, I say that with all due respect.
